This Privacy Policy describes how NTC Apps ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information, and what choices you have with respect to the information. This policy applies to the Blokara mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use it. However, we use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
A. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically by our third-party partners
(Google AdMob and Firebase):
- Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including but not limited to the device model, operating system version, screen size, and unique device identifiers (Advertising ID).
- Usage Data: We collect anonymous data about how you interact with the App, such as button clicks, level completion rates, game progress, and session duration.
- Crash Logs: If the App crashes, we collect log data to help us identify and fix the issue. This may include the time of the crash and the state of the App relative to the crash.

We do not store your personal data on our servers. All game progress is stored locally on your device. Analytics and Advertising data are stored by our third-party partners (Google) in accordance with their data retention policies.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
